30 MAY 2003 Terror and Tyranny against the
Western Shoshone Tribal Member's On this date of Thursday, May 29, 2003, the Elko District Bureau of Land Management, Helen Hankins and Clint Oake, has served Trespass Notice and Intent to Impound Livestock notice to Paula J. Brady (Western Shoshone), family representative for the Healy Family of the Odger's Indian Ranch of Butte Valley, Nevada. From this date forward, the Odger's Indian has Five(5) days in which to remove their Cattle from the Odger's Allotment or face removal, impoundment and confiscation by any means necessary by the Elko District Bureau of Land Management, that also means trespass on Reservation Lands. Helen Hankins and Clint Oake, who view Indians as Iraqi people, of the Elko District Office of the Bureau of Land Management may be heading up another possible Military type of attack against Western Shoshone Tribal Member's whom have been involved in the Western Shoshone Treaty issue and land right claims asserted by various factions of the Traditional Western Shoshone. The Odger's Indian Ranch is an Executive Order Reservation established for the Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada and lies 90 miles South East of Elko, Nevada. For Tribal, or any other Law Enforcement Agency to get to the Odger's Indian Ranch, takes just about two hours, basically leaving family member's unprotected in the event that the Elko District Field Office of the Bureau of Land Management decides to lead a military type of assault on the Odger's Indian Ranch, such as they did in Crescent Valley, Nevada at the Danns Ranch. The Te-Moak Tribal Chairman has allowed illegal Tribal Law Enforcement activity to take place on the Elko Indian Colony, therefore it is understood that the Western Shoshone Family/Tribal Member's of the Odger's Indian Ranch will have no protection against any violent means asserted by the BLM presence when they begin to their assault on the Odger's Indian Ranch to remove any cattle. The three family member's that manage the Odger's Indian Ranch are in possible harms way in the event that BLM chooses to do as they please. There are no witness's for miles around and BLM would be allowed to do as they so desire and make claims as they so please to cover up any wrong doing. The Elko District Office of the Bureau of Land Management does not recognize the contents of the Ruby Valley Treaty of 1863 and has continued to threaten Western Shoshone Tribal Member's and Traditional Western Shoshone with lies and deceit. The Elko District Office of the Bureau of Land Management and the Elko BLM Fire Program have continued to use Racism, Tyranny and Terrorist disrespect towards American Indians, Tribal Member's, Traditional Western Shoshone and Western Shoshone Rancher's. Please, it is imperative that anyone that has a mind to help stop the Terror and Racial attacks against the Western Shoshone Indians of Nevada to please contact the following. Your Voice is vital and necessary at this time! Thank You! Sincerely, Larry Kibby, Elko Indian Colony Elko, Nevada 89801 The Honorable Senator Harry
